No. Our flat-rate quote is the price, covering delivery, pickup, and the weight allowance for the size you book. The only additional charges come from going over the weight limit or keeping the container significantly longer than agreed.

In most cases we can deliver within the same week you call, sometimes sooner depending on the size and your location within York County. Call ahead for time-sensitive projects.

We’re open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

Standard rentals typically run about a week, but we can work with your project timeline — just let us know if you need it longer when you book, or if a swap-out makes more sense for an ongoing job.

We offer 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yard roll-off containers, covering everything from a small garage cleanout to a major demolition or new-construction project.

Tell us what the project is — a room cleanout, a remodel, a roofing job, new construction — and roughly how much debris you expect. We’ll recommend a size based on the actual job, not the biggest box we have.

We can swap it out for an empty one or upgrade you to a larger size mid-project. Just call ahead so we can schedule the exchange.

It depends on the material. Bulky, light debris like furniture or drywall usually fills the visible space first. Dense debris like concrete, dirt, or shingles often hits the weight limit before the box looks full, so tell us your material type when booking.

In most cases yes, as long as prohibited items are kept out. If your project involves a mix of construction debris, household junk, and yard waste, let us know so we can confirm the right container and any special handling needed.

No. Driveway placement essentially never requires a permit anywhere in York County. Permits only come into play when a container needs to sit in the street or public right-of-way.

Pennsylvania counties don’t issue general right-of-way permits — each of York County’s 72 municipalities handles its own streets. In the City of York, that means the City of York Bureau of Permits and Inspections. In any other town, it’s that specific borough or township’s own office.

Yes. A placement directly on a state-numbered route — US-30, I-83, PA-74, PA-124, PA-462, PA-116, PA-851, or US-15 — requires a PennDOT District 8 Highway Occupancy Permit in addition to any local approval.

Yes — tell us exactly where the container needs to sit when you book, and we’ll tell you whether it’s driveway placement (no permit needed) or street/state-route placement (permit required), and point you to the right office.

The property owner or project manager is responsible for obtaining any required municipal or PennDOT permit. We can advise on what’s needed, but the application itself goes through the borough, township, city, or PennDOT directly.

Paint, fuel, oil, chemicals, solvents, lead-acid batteries, tires, medical waste, refrigerant-holding appliances, and asbestos are all prohibited. Asbestos in particular must go through licensed abatement — never a standard dumpster.

Not in the dumpster. Under Pennsylvania’s Covered Device Recycling Act, computers, TVs, and monitors must be taken to a certified electronics recycler rather than disposed of as general waste.

General yard debris is usually fine, but if you book a dedicated yard-waste box, it excludes treated wood, plastic planters, fertilizers or chemicals, and bagged household trash. Ask us which option fits your project.

Appliances that hold refrigerant — refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners — are prohibited in a standard dumpster and need to be handled through a certified appliance recycler.

The PA DEP maintains guidance on recycling in Pennsylvania and on the Covered Device Recycling Act for electronics. The York County Solid Waste & Refuse Authority is also a good local resource for disposal questions.
