York and West Manchester Township

Our yard sits right on Loucks Road (US-30) in West Manchester Township, and this is still where most of our work happens. From the commercial corridor around our own yard, into the tight rowhome streets of downtown York near Continental Square and Penn Park, out along Market Street through West York and North York, and across the newer development ringing the York Galleria in Springettsbury Township, we have put containers on just about every kind of lot this area has — including a good number of narrow city lots everyone else said could not be done.

If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk rather than your own driveway, every one of York County's 72 municipalities permits its own streets directly — in York that goes through the City of York Bureau of Permits and Inspections, and a placement on a state-numbered route (US-30, I-83, PA-74, PA-124, PA-462 and others run through our area) needs a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit as well — confirm the current fee and process directly, and allow lead time before you plan a same-day drop. Prohibited items follow PA DEP guidance statewide, and York County Solid Waste & Refuse Authority is the resource we point customers to for the categories a roll-off legally cannot take: paints, fuels, chemicals, batteries and electronics.
